Tara Druce - Business Growth Manager - Otago Regional Business Partners
Tara is a Business Growth Manager for the Otago Regional Business Partner (RBP) network and is the Growth Advisor in Central Otago and Southern Lakes. The RBP network is funded jointly by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and Callaghan Innovation and Tara's role is to connect businesses with the support they need to grow.
Tara has been working in Central Otago for 12 years as a business, community and tourism planning consultant. Before this, she was working in Central Government in Wellington and in Parliament for the Tourism Minister. Tara lives in Alexandra with her husband and three daughters.
Wayne is a Wanaka-based associate member of the Flying Kiwi Angels and hosts the "Angelic Drop-In Clinic" once a month. Wayne is also a board member of Startup Queenstown Lakes.
Wayne has more than 30 years of experience in commercial and corporate law and has spent the last 20 years focusing on the commercialisation of technology and intellectual property, the sale and purchase of technology businesses, capital raising and structuring start-up companies.

Olivia Wensley is the CEO of Startup Queenstown Lakes.
Olivia has lived in Queenstown for 8 years, and has previously worked as a lawyer, before joining a legal tech startup where she worked as an executive.
In February this year, Olivia became the CEO of Startup Queenstown Lakes, and is passionate about creating a thriving ecosystem in the region.
